mbftechapps.com does not currently require an account. When you contact MBF TECH SERVICES by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, app name, message and attachments.
2. How information is used
We use information submitted directly to answer support questions, respond to business enquiries, investigate reported problems and meet legal or security obligations.
3. Hosting and external services
The website is delivered through a hosting provider and may link to external services such as app stores or email applications. Those services operate under their own privacy policies. Any analytics or cookie-based tools added later will be disclosed here before use.
4. Retention and security
Messages are retained only as reasonably needed for support, business records or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
